The Koshkonong Estates development began in 1997 and is comprised of over 140 acres. It has been developed through a series of five phases. The fourth and fifth phases have recently been completed. All lots in the development are now available.
History
The first phase consisted of developing commercial and residential homes. Such commercial developments included Culvers, Pick n' Save, a fully developed shopping center, Kwik Trip, Dean Clinic, Taco Bell, and KFC. The residential developments included multifamily residences and single family homes.
In the second and third phases, additional multifamily and single family homes were built.
